October 2017 my husband got diagnosis with ALS. His Respiratory function was 100% (our house doctor's evaluation). He had fasciculation all over his body and weakness of legs and arms. During walking he could not keep balance.
On April 04, 2018 he felt improvement in leg weakness, It did not get worse anymore. Breathing was still the same and fasciculation decreased about 20% and he got good appetite again.
May 09, 2018 Again decrease in weakness. Breathing seems to be stabilizing (not getting worse)
May 23, 2018 Breathing same. Fasciculation decreased.
June 20, 2018 Weakness fluctuates, some days a little stronger than others. Appetite has improved. Gained weight. Breathing has improved but still short (sleeps well, no pain, just a little pressure when lay down). Fasciculation less. His respiratory function seems to have stabilized and has improved.
Thank you.
